TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

DATES: Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12, 2017

DIVISIONS: Boys and Girls Division/Grades: 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th

ENTRY FEES: $125 up to 10 players. $10 for each additional player.
$60 fee will be retained if tournament is cancelled due to weather.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, February 1, 2017. If divisions are at capacity, the received date of your registration and payment will determine the order of acceptance. After deadline, contact a tournament director to inquire about any open spots.

NOTIFICATION: Brackets and official rules will be emailed to head coach on Monday, February 6, 2017. Hard copies of brackets and rules will be posted at each tournament site and available from gym mangers.

BRACKETS: All brackets will consist of 8 teams. Tournament directors reserve the right to combine two grades if necessary to complete a bracket. All teams are guaranteed 3 games.

PLAYERS: Player must compete in their grade division and only on one team in tournament. The age and grade of each player must be correct and updated. Younger players may compete in older divisions. If incorrect information is provided, the player and team may be ineligible and disqualified. No changes in rosters will be allowed after the first game unless approved by a tournament director. The roster in the scorebook for the first game will be the certified roster for the tournament.

AWARDS: Medals will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each division with 6 and 8 team brackets, and given to the 1st and 2nd places in each division with 4 and 5 team brackets.

OFFICIALS: Two paid officials will be provided for each game.

ADMISSION: There will be an admission fee of $5.00 per adult and $3.00 per child (Kindergarten and up) per day. Preschool aged children and under are free.

CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available during the tournament.
